You will need:

2x cucumbers

1x bag of spinach

2x lemons

1x grapefruit

4x stalks of celery

ginger

turmeric

Sweetener such as coconut sugar, raw honey, agave or coconut nectar

A blender or nutribullet of some kind

If you have any allergens or don't particularly like spice please add this as a note to your order and I can make the appropriate changes.

The green juice recipe includes grapefruit. This can easily be replaced with an extra lemon or lime.

Yes, you will still notice a difference if you continue having coffee during this time. If you decide you are too hungry, fruit is the best option and would have the least impact on the detox. 

Coconut water is also a great addition and highly recommended.
